Selection of received applications

The initial selection is based on assessing candidates' skills and competencies against the company's requirements. When reviewing application documents, we pay particular attention to candidates' education and professional experience. We select those who best fit our company's profile and the requirements associated with the specific position.


Contacting candidates

The recruiter contacts selected candidates - either in writing or by phone. This is the moment to determine whether the person is still interested in participating in the recruitment process. You can also inquire about information that may have been missing from the CV or clarify any issues of concern.

Next, the candidate is invited for an interview. The recruiter explains how the meeting will take place (remotely or in the office).


Qualification Interview

The first qualification interview is usually the beginning of several stages of recruitment and competency assessment for candidates. After the initial screening, some candidates may be asked to complete a test, perform a practical task (e.g., simulated tasks to familiarize themselves with the duties for the specific position), or meet with the hiring manager.

Decision on candidate selection

The decision on candidate selection is made by individuals designated for this purpose in advance. Most often, this process takes place in agreement between the recruitment team and the management. Together, they verify the search criteria in relation to the specific candidate. After the decision is made, the responsible person provides feedback regarding the intention to hire, indicating the necessary information for further steps.
